I have desired for many years to have a personal blog or landing page to share my work and my thoughts on ministry, faith, and life. Usually it took the form of some over-contrived site with grand aspirations of creating a community of like-minded people, or founding a religious order, or becoming the next great Catholic influencer. These all fell short because, well, I cared way more about the form than the function. 

So this is, finally, the proper way to go: a singular site where I can share with you my youth ministry work, my thoughts on the world today, and even bits and pieces of who I am. Take a peek around, and feel free to borrow anything you like or can use for your own ministry (just give me a little shout-out).

In addition to my duties as a Parish Director of Youth Ministry and Confirmation, I serve on the advisory board of St. Leonard Youth Retreat Center, and have advised several parishes as they began their own youth ministry programs. I love sharing the Gospel with young people on retreats and I love the long, slow, steady, and mundane work of building structures and developing the culture of a program to build lifelong disciples.
